CEM survey
BKM uses a Customer Experience Management System(CEM) to measure and assess what is important to our customers. These surveys are conducted by an independent third party and are tailored to our customers for the products and services they receive from BKM. Each year, an annual survey is sent to rate BKM’s performance on how effectively we manage our accounts.
