Dropbox is a personal cloud storage service (sometimes referred to as an online backup service) that is frequently used for file sharing and collaboration. After installation to your computer, a Dropbox folder appears with the other folders. Users can save files to the folder, add new folders, and drag and drop files among folders just as if they were all local. Once files are added to your Dropbox, they can be accessed on any computer, tablet or mobile phone and can easily be shared with clients, prospects and team members.  This also allows you to share files that are too large to email.
